Not sure where to post this but is anyone else waiting for approval to join the GG forum?
I asked on the 20th and still haven't had nay response yet there are plenty of adverts saying to join... which is very frustrating.

Odette - I would suggest writing to Tamara again. Did you use the official form, that is, gone to your user CP and then click on the button next to the GG forum?

I can only see two posts in there and nothing else, the request form was sent on the 20th.
All it says is
" Requests to join must be approved by a group leader.
Group leaders: ~Tamara~ (member.php?u=1218)"
" You requested to join this group 10-20-2005 at 09:07 PM
Request Reason: Real GG looking for someone else to talk to"

I have sent you a PM regarding access to the GG Forum yesterday, once you have replied to that, I will then pass it on to our other GG Forum moderator Marla GG. When we have reached a decision, I will let you know.

My SO ,Rykurd,has been waiting a few days after submitting her request to jion the GG forum but we are both new to the forum and don't know how long these thing take.

If anyone can enlighten us, it would be appreciated. Love the forum and very impressed with the quality of the messages, and therefore the members, of this form

There is a process to go through which Rykurd only completed yesterday. I can not discuss this with you as it is confidential. Access to the GG Forum is more complicated than it actually appears.

Also, I am currently the only person that can actually grant access to this part of the forum and I have been offline for a couple of days ill :( I'm trying to catch up with things, but as you can probaby imagine, I have a lot to do with being an admin as well. When I grant her access, I will let her know via PM.

Tamara,

Sorry to find out you were /are sick.I realize you have many duties and there is no hurry. It was just being new and not know how long things take I was starting to feel a little bit rejected. Really appreciate your reply,especially knowing you don't feel 100% phyically
