We are looking for board moderators (must be an active poster first) and people to take over leadership roles in the community. So please PM me if intertested in being a moderator or if you any ideas on new forums to add to the boards or just an idea in general..

Hi, my name is Dina, and I think that I would like to become one of your moderators, if you still need some. I stumbled across your site while surfing and think you've done a great service. I would like to take a part in it. As for ideas, well I'll have to get back to you on that; my first thought was what you already have in your rules to become a member, no vulgarity, no sexually-oriented posts. Let them go elsewhere for sex. I would just like to trade ideas for cross dressing.

Hi and good luck with your new launch. Ideas? God give me some, but before asking for moderators I would concentrate on building up your web site,
I have been running a site for 3 years now as a personal hobby, 2 1/2 years of which was as a non visitor participation.
Last 6 months I have been learning phpNuke which gives me the chance to attract members, think I have about 116, but can I get the girls to contribute :( I would stand more chance of winning a Miss world competition, without removing body parts!.
Probably one of the main reasons is Forced membership to gain access to certain parts of the site, but then this does lessen the wallies.
I don't know about Vbulletin but some CMS and forum scripts are not search engine friendly, any long code after the ? in a php url ? is treated as cache by some engines and so ignored, maybe you can check with customer support.
I have also avoided creating phantom posters in order to give the illusion of an active forum, mainly because I can usually tell when it's done by others ;) , and secondly I have better things to do.
Other than that it's patience, oh and exchange some links to other sites, I personaly hate these web rings, and would never consider using one, especially as the graphics etc are usually an eyesore, but if you have a links page then this can help with search engine listing.
I'm saying this because obviously the more visitors you can attract, the more chances you will have of waking someone up :)

Thank you for posting in here and I will definitely be in the need of moderators as the site grows. The board is still fairly new and I plan on adding some sub sections to the site as I get time. If you have any more suggestions I am all ears :)

Thank you for the honest feedback and I intend on building up the website as I get time. What sub sections would you like? I am thinking of making the site possibly like voyeurweb.com with submissions by visitors of themselves crossdressing, etc... I am open to all suggestions though :)

Thanks Dina I shall make it a duty to call in now and again :D Nuke templated? well that goes especially for Forum software as well, and looking around all I see is a very templated of the shelf Vbulletin board. I know it's probably the best, but then again it's not free, but it's still very very templated however adding a new skin might make a bit of difference ......but not much ;) Yes I have a upload 'your photo' module, but I think only 3 people have used it, I'm now working on using a 'hot or not' type instead so yea it's just a case of experimenting

First site i've found in a long time that seems to have a proper appetite for true cross dressing discussion and chat.I've never been one for 'sordid sex talk' but do love to chat about the feminine feelings within myself.
