Three posts displaying as one posting

I have another problem... in Egoist...
Three posts have been and gone and stuck themselves together as one posting.
Each of the three had a pair of different image attachments which have now joined themselves to form a six-some at the bottom of the combined post.
Have I in some way (like using the Save function after an edit) made this happening ? I doubt it since three different days are involved and I believe that the posts went in OK...?
Is undoing a case of Select Copy Paste and etc ? What could have happened , any ideas?
PS There were no posts from others between the three events.
