Picture Editing

Firtly please forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong place.
I only have 3 pictures dressed en femme, all of which are too large to be used in my profile or as an avatar.
Therefore I ask the question, does anyone have the necessary software to do this for me if I was to e-mail (if permitted) them to you to be adjusted.

this is the answer i gave in another thread which works for me. there are other low cost programs which will do a similer thing.

"If you have 'windows xp home' click on your photo to open it in windows photo editor and in the menu find resize picture - Take it down to 35% and save it (or 'save as' under a different name if you wish to keep the original"
