Minor problem for sorting please

Since around the 4th I find that I am subscribed to various threads. this did not happen conciously.
Now some of them were huge and I have unsubscribed myself from most of them... but..there is the future and it does take time to hitch downthe Yahoomail to get to the botom of each..
could you (admin) and if so would you (admin) unsubscribe me from the lot remaining and how canI ensure that I am not subscribing ?
