How do we send private messages to the moderators? I have used the "contact us" tab and it said the msg went to the webmaster. Is that getting to the moderators?

post things in the techinal forum and the mods will see it if its a more serious nature then press the triangle to the left which will alert a post to them......other than that bugger if i know lol

If you read the rules/faqs you would have seen that until you have 10 posts you can't PM anyone.

You can try what Kieron has suggested.

Yes. Your message goes to the administrator of the site. Once you have managed to reach ten posts(you're at nine as I write this), you will be able to send private messages.
