Can't access member profiles

Hi, when I try to access member profiles I get a message saying that I do not have permission to access profiles. Is this due to my computer having a firewall?

There is also an announcement in every section of the forum and FAQ/RULES, which also tell you why members with less than 10 posts can't access member profiles.
