posting pics

having a problem posting pics. have a bunch of pics on the computer, when i try to post them..i can't get the files small enough. how do i do it? can anyone help?

You'll need a photo editting program to resize your pics, if you don't have one try this...www.shutterfly.com, it's free and easy to use. There's a size limit of 97.7 kbs for jpegs, the forum software is supposed to do this for you but I've never been able to get it to work, so just do it yourself.
