Why am I unable to add picture to thread?

Last week I was able to add pictures to my threads and the little smiley Icons. Now when I click on them or the paper clip, nothing happens. Is this problem in the tools menu, the User Cp menu, or someplace else.Love,Tamera

I attached the photo by inserting the URL(click on that yellow and black box to the right of center above in the reply box) of the image(from Village Photos in my case).

This still won't work. Can't even post the little smiley faces either. Any other suggestions?Tamera

I dunno -- maybe try again later as Tamara suggests. I haven't seen anyone else jump in here with the same complaint, so it's possible that something is off on your end. Clearing cookies is my cure-all for anything that ails you, but other than that, I haven't a clue.
