View Full Version : Tool Bar/ Smilies disabled etc.

I can't seem to access any of the tool bar functions anymore...I can't Bold or Underline or Change Font or anything. I can't even put paragraphs in- when I try to do this my text all gets squashed into one block pre-posting. Please help!

The toolbar is working perfectly fine here. I suggest you clear out your internet files and cookies for this website as they may be corrupt. We've been having some issues over the last few days. Try that and let me know if it helps.

Also try going to Tools, then advanced, and at the bottom hit the reset button. This did it for me.

At the risk of sounding dumb-how do I go about clearing internet files and cookies?

If you are using IE: Tools>Internet Options>Delete Cookies button (or Delete Files button)

If you are using Firefox: Tools>Options>Privacy>Cookies (or cache)

Ok this seems to be working, I can pretty much do what I want now. Neat.
