cant view attatchment?

i tried to view a attatchment some sort of picture i believe and it said something about i dont have permission but my account has been approved so i dont know what it could be?

probably due to having less than 10 posts....try again once you have them

oh is that what it is because there are other things im noticing i cant do either like view other profiles etc. well guess ill have to get the ball rolling think this is post # 3 lol

viewing profiles is definitely down to having less than 10 posts
