Well I can't do half those things or they don't happen to me, especially the Valentine's thing. And I so looked forward to being a woman. AH! There's the difference, you know you're a GIRL when snapping bras and collecting shoes define you. You know you are a woman when you don't put that much weight on little things but realize suddenly that you still have bills to pay and work to do and all the dresses in the closet aren't going to make that easier. That you have the same problems in life you had as a guy and then added more.
I know this is all in fun, but reinforcing stereotypes, to me, doesn't help people move forward.
And Zooey and Paula, I only have ONE makeup brush holder but I'll catch up

Oh - I have had a women's intuition my whole life. It's a curse and a blessing at the same time.
It comes with being a Pisces, regardless of physical gender. Weird but very true in my case.
My Pisces daughter has the same deal- senses (not knows) things before they happen.

Speaking as a CD (with very few opportunities to play) and not TG, it's easier to find pleasure in the simple things we deem female.
For me it's slipping into a nice silky night gown after a warm scented bath so I can apply my make up
As with most things in life, the simple pleasures are the best.
I like these types of posts on a Friday especially!
