I was 5 when I discovered the joys of pantyhose/tights.... never feel fully dressed now unless I'm wearing them.

I can think of wearing a black top with plunging neck line, as it pulls the eyes away from the shoulders, (I have the same issue) also wearing longer wigs to hide the shoulders can't be a bad idea...
