I'd say go for it too. I did and it wasn't just to wear tights in public (although that certainly helped :heehee:). It's hard work and great exercise, but I also agree, watch your knees.

I fully agree. I had a great therapist for a while and she helped me find out more about myself and come to much better understanding and acceptance. I would end up going to our sessions fully...
