Sewing is a skill that everyone should develop. It has come in handy for me on many occassions. Everyone should have a sewwing kit handy for those little emergencies.
I've made a few clothing...
That too :)
Personally, if robes, skirts, dresses, etc... were socially acceptable norms, I'd wear them all the time. I find Western men's clothing very uncomfortable.
Well, as it's a part of who I am, I don't really think it's made me any better, or worse, a person since it's just me.
Yeah, sometimes.
A very well written and thoughtful piece.
Actually, it seems your definition of crossdressing is inaccurate. While it may be your "humble opinion" it is not fact.

Sorry, but since when did trying to "pass" determine if someone is or isn't a crossdresser? I'm pretty sure the definition of a crossdresser is someone wearing the clothing of the opposite sex....
Hey, you never know. Maybe he was.
These days nobody thinks twice about pierced ears. I know a man in his late 60s who wears 7 of them on his left ear and a couple on the right.
It's just one of those things nobody associates with...
On topic: I live in a very redneck-centric area so no men wearing skirts here. It's too bad really. It would be great if skirts became acceptable for men as they are just so much more comfortable.

I was always good at sports. Football, soccer, baseball, boxing, tennis, etc... Never liked basketball though.
I think the whole thing absurd. Nothing in the world wrong with a kilt. Being of mostly Irish decent, I would love to own an Irish kilt or two. They are very expensive, so this kid or his parents...
Being gay means you like to have sex with men. CDing means you like to wear femme clothing. Something of a difference there.
OK, I'm no expert, but a couple of points.
1. Therapy
2. You shouldn't cheat on someone you love.
I still struggle with those same feelings so I can't offer advice, only understanding. I would say all of us have experienced these same feelings. Some of us have managed to overcome them, some of us...
I am 44 and still keep it to myself. I probably would have told my mother someting similar in that situation. Do what feels right for you, in your life, in your situation. We are not all the same.
Cute post.
I'm pretty sure I'm immune. :p
The insides of my eyelids.
When you find out, let me know.
For everyone to get everything they need, and most of what they want.
To me, they are simply more comfortable. If it were acceptable, I would wear dresses/skirts all the time regardless of "novelty".
Jenny is a permutation of my middle name so obvious I used to be teased with it as a kid.
While I go with what's comfortable, I have to say I really like silk myself. There is nothing that quite feels the same. Even a lot of my "guy" clothes are silk.
