Anyone ever gone to a bridal shower? I'd sure like to go to one (fully dressed of course.) I'd also like to have one with only TGs invited.

I have but not dressed. Since I came out to my sister-in-law and her daughter they want to go to a casino dressed as a girls night out. Keli
If you've got that kind of support, Keli, maybe you should go for it. Being with GG wing girls is not only the best fun, it's also the best protective cover.
(By the way, I believe that the opposite is that a group of CD's chance of being "clocked" is the square of the number of CD's in the group -- two CD's are four times as likely as one, three CD's are nine times as likely).
As Rikki's Matron of Honor for Rikki & Bonnie's Wedding, I was responsible for putting on her surprise Bridal Shower. Bonnie's "all GG" Shower was being held elsewhere at the same time, and our's was mostly CD/TG/TS's.
We held it at one of her favorite restaurants that had a wonderful banquet room.
Thanks to my spouse and a great GG friend of mine, I was able to make it a fun event for Rikki and about a dozen CD/T's. We sent out the invitations, decorated the room, and put together an evening of food, games, and prizes. It went so well that eventually the GG group came over and "invaded" our Shower!
Interestingly enough, some of the CD/T group felt that the typical GG shower games we produced weren't risque enough for them, I guess they wanted a nude (of uncertain gender) to pop out of a cake or something like that.
I don't have a Shower picture handy, but here's one of me at the Wedding in Matron of Honor regalia:

No I haven't gone to one yet. I did have one though, for my wedding.

Went to one where both men and GGs were invited - it was awful
I think a Bridal Shower for Cds only or Cds and GGs would be okay

Yes I went to my GG friends bridal shower once and was fully dressed and the girls that didn't know me that well didn't believe that I was a TG girl.
I was once blessed with being part of a girlfriend from high school wedding. I was so shocked when she invited me to be part of the brides maid party. It was so wonderful as we had been friends since we were both five or so and she would not have wanted me to come any other way. It was truly one of the best times of my life!!
Love Always,

I have gone to a friends Baby Shower, it was a lot of fun. And it seems I was fully accepted as another girl at the party. No one ever gave me a surprised look.

My gay brother inlaw went to a briday shower but it was mainly because he threw it.
I would love to go to one as Victoria as well as a wedding.
One of my dreams as a cd has always been to get married to an accepting GG with both of us wearing wedding gowns. Another is to be a bridesmaid. I had never given thought to attending a bridal shower (or bachelorette party) dressed fem but now that you mention it, I really like the idea!! With my circumstances though, it will probably remain a dream.
