I probably average less than 4 times a month with some spurts of several times a week. I prefer about twice a week, but that is not really possible due to my logisitics and that of my lady friend's. I am not really a go out alone girl. I have done it, but it is so much more fun with a friend. You should check the recent threads, because there is another one that is running right now that has the same question almost. Enjoy your day of dressing.
Let me try to reply, anyway:
1) full blown nails to hair to complete feminine presentation: about once a week for the better part of a day.
2) I'm at least partially dressed all the time as I don't own many male jeans, and some of my other clothes are from VS, although I wear them as if they were part of a male attire.
3) My body is maintained to be able to switch gender at will. Eyebrows, shaved in spots, skin regimen is like any woman's, etc.
So, if it's the full-blown dressing, then I'm presenting as a woman about 10-15% of my waking hours. The rest of the time I'm some fraction of dressed!

As stated, I guess completely with makeup, wig and full dressing is 4days per month all at once. I go out of town 4 days per month and I dress the whole time. My wife never wants to see Charlie, so it works for both of us.

Used to be 16/7. Now, since integrating the feelings it's not necessary but if I do dress, it's totally my choice to do so.

I have been dressed for about 6 days of the last week, but 2 or 3 days a week is closer to normal for me. With spring coming up, it will be more like once a week, and partial dressing(feminine jeans)and under dressing while doing yard work and things.

Right now, pretty much every evening for an hour or two once everyone has gone to bed.
I've got Friday off work too so will be able to dress up all day again
Well technically I wear clothes everyday.
I try to wear a skirt with hose twice a week. I'm not always able to do that but that's my plan.
I do have my girl socks that I wear all the time even with shorts but other than being cut a little short they look like guy socks so maybe that doesn't count.
I shave my legs and arms everyday. I know that doesn't count as dressing but it sure makes me feel like a girl.
And feeling like a girl is what counts most for me.
I usually get to dress up once, sometimes twice a week - on weekends. That's just clothes only. I prefer to go full makeup, nails, etc., but I rarely get to go that far because of a somewhat complicated life.
I wish I had more opportunity to dress up, especially in makeup, and all, but my life is somewhat restricting, even though I have an accepting wife. So many obstacles and so little time make it hard to do much for now. Hope to change that in the future.

I am able to dress when ever the mood hits me because I have a wonderful and loving wife. I usually am wearing pink PJ bottoms and panties every night and try to dress once a week, however I don't push it. There no reason why I should push the envelope when I have the kind of freedom I already have. I am fully dressed tonight and having a wonderful time.

I only go all the way once a week and sometimes every two weeks,but I do sleep in panties and hose 3 or 4 times a week,it seems to help me get to sleep easier on those restless nights.
Because of my situation I dress daily, usually in the evening, and sleep femme and then dress in drab for work. But even then I underdress as much as possible. Today was my B-day so I dressed for the day and went to a casino for some light gaming dressed femme.
I guess that when you get the chance take it and enjoy the moment how ever long or often.

I usually wear panties daily, a bra for the early mornings as well as jewellry. I try to wear hose, tops skirts as often as possible. My nails are always clean and buffed and I shave my legs and chest regularly to keep them smooth.

I CD on different levels day to day but as far as full blown with makeup and a skirt and all - maybe once a month, usually for our CD group meetings.
Do to home life only about once a month. Would like to do it more though.
I am a bit like Arriana, in that I only dress now, when i really want to . I just ordered two tops, and a new bra, shopping for the first time with Lane Bryant. Those might make me want to dress soon. I usually dress about 2 to 4 times a month. I am relearning to enjoy my guy self, and guy clothes, especially, when really hard times are coming. But, i really get a thrill 100%dressed up. I only dress up, wig to pumps!
I try to wear something fem everday - usually panties, bra, and ladies socks. I wear small breast forms on days when I wear a sweater. When I'm in my office alone (usually a few hours hours a day 4 or 5 days a week) I dress fem head to toe.
2 to 3 week total or parcial for me, I stay at home and work from here.
For me, a bit of every day. I rise early, pop in the boobs, dress, add a splash of lipstick and spend a couple of hours doing on-line work, housework (and of course catching up with the forum!) -- then I'm set for the drab day.
