It all depends. Not all women's bums wiggle when they walk either. When you walk, though, especially in heels, take your time and one foot nearly in front of the other. Not only is that more graceful, but it will give your hips a slight sway.

It is definetly in how you walk and posture heel to toe.

Unfortunately for us, they are built differently. They have larger bums, with more fatty tissue, which tends to jiggle, especially when wearing heels. Meanwhile us males tend to have more muscle there which doesn't jiggle, even when wearing heels. But who cares, jiggle or no jiggle, keep wearing those heels, maybe a miracle will happen!

From a GG point of view. I'd get rid of the wiggle, jiggle, and sway anyday. Annoying as hell. A pair of removable boobs would be nice too. Somedays they just get in the way.
