Usually I check out the Legs, Shoes, and then the whole package
i susally look at the outfit they are wearing. If i see one i really like i get the biggest urge to go and dress!
I tend to notice hair first, then legs, overall shape, clothes (i.e. how the outfit works or not!).
Thinking about this, could this thread be an indication of where we should focus our attention if we want to pass. I mean, given the number of replies listing hair either first or second, this tells me that in order to pass your hair must be in a feminine style.
1 The body as a whole
1.5 Her outfit
2 Legs (hose or not)
3 Shoes

After the initial notice of an 'hourglass' shaped person, or someone moving about in a stereotypical female fashion within my peripheral vision range, the first thing my eyes are drawn to is her hair. Long hair gets further attention, very short hair gets the person ignored.

Why don't we understand our desire to dress, behave and feel like a girl? Because from childhood, boys are told that the worst possible thing we can be, is a sissy. This feeling is so ingrained into our psyche, that we will suppress any thoughts that connect us to being or wanting to be feminine, even to the point of creating separate personalities to assign those female feelings into.
1) Hourglass figure (I love corsets)
2) I love breasts - (I wish I had them)
3) Hairless fem face
Their general attire and how they pull it off.
