Went to A VS just before SSC, needing a strapless bra for one of my outfits. Musta got the senior senior sales lady ... she was in her 60's easy... great French accent.
"I need a strapless bra, please. Can you show me some?"
"What size does she wear?"
"Oh,no, darlin, it's for me!"
So... long conversation about the merits of this one over that one... I made my choice. Smiles all around.
A week later, after SCC I was in the same store with the GF. The nice French lady sees me and asks, "How was ze bra?" I showed her pics of me in the outfit I had worn it with. "Oh, zat is a marvelous transformation! You look wonderful!"
GF was a little leary that I was showing my picture to a stranger, but the nice French lady said...
"Zat is certainly not a problem! I used to sew costumes and dresses for a gay club in Paris! And you look very nice! I am so happy for you!"
