If you're asking what I think about the dress, I say that it is very pretty. If you're asking about what I think about dressing in front of your child, I ask do he or she know that you crossdress? if so, it might be fine but this depends on a lot of factors: the child's age, they child's relationship to you (very good, open and communicative, or just okay), and whether or not you have sufficient time to help that child undertand what you're doing and why you're doing it. If not, I'd probably say "no," depending on some of the same questions I've already mentioned.

Very nice dress nigel. I've always liked sequins and I like the color. In fact, I want that dress. I like the shoes too and you have nice legs.

The dress is very pretty I can see why it will be fun to get all dolled up. I am into sequin dresses but can't find a good place that I can find larger sizes I can afford.
