TRI-ESS HOLIDAY AT SEA - THE CRUISE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME
    October 30-November 4, 2010

Join other Tri-Ess members and cruise enfemme 24/7 or whenever you desire on the magnificent Carnival Triumph sailing from the Big Easy, New Orleans, to Progreso and Cozumel. Dress in costume on Halloween, October 31, among 2500 other passengers. You will never experience a more accepting environment for crossdressers than on the Carnival Triumph.

The rates are very reasonable and include inside cabins $369, oceanview cabins $439 and balcony cabins $539 per person plus taxes of $39.25. These rates include all your food, your cabin and entertainment for 5 days. We have group rates at the Embassy Suites Hotel located 2 blocks from the pier and French Quarter at a rate of $109 for two which includes a full breakfast.

A deposit of $200 per person will hold your cabin with the balance due on or before August 15, 2010. To book your cabin, call Mel at 888-347-7245 or email melpeg@mindspring.com. Dignity Cruises are associated with Online Vacation Center. Book now. After July 15, 2010 we are not able to guarantee availability or rates.

Is this a themed cruise by Carnival or just Tri-Ess?

Do you have a link with more information. As a well seasoned cruiser this could be great fun or a total disaster.

We have done 39 cruises for transgendered persons and SO's over the last 20 years and have never had a disaster. The October 30 cruise is sponsored by Tri-Ess and is also a Halloween cruise. You do not have to be a member of Tri-Ess to register. More info at www.pmpub.com/holidayatsea.htm.

If you are interested in booking call me and tell me the type of cabin you want. The deposit for the cabin is $400 and is refundable until August 15, 2010.

The thing is that it's a pretty long trip just to New Orleans for me. 10 hour drive without cruise control doesn't sound very fun. If I had the money and time I would be getting on that boat in a heartbeat, but now that I realized the stuff dragging me down from going, it may be a lost fantasy.

Where do you live? Some in our group from California, Texas and Florida are taking Amtrak to New Orleans. I believe that Amtrak also has a train to New Orleans from Chicago. This is better than driving and the cost may be less than driving, parking, etc.

Melanie, I wish we could go. For those of you never having gone, my wife and I went two years ago this halloween and we had a ball. You can dress whenever you like you get to wear ball gowns and get all dolled up. You can visit ports dressed or not, however you're comfortable. It has been a disasterous year or we would probably go again.
We still get Christmas cards from some of the people we met there. As for your Hostesses Melanie and Peggy, they can't be beat.
    Have great time all.
    Love Dawn

I went to find the "softer side of Sears" and I can't find my way back

    Dawn,

Peggy and I have missed seeing you both. We had such a fantastic time on that cruise. Hopefully we will see you both again on one of the future cruises.

    Hugs,

    Melanie

Omigosh! Five days straight of being all dolled up. In public too, more or less. Two questions:

    1) Will all those 2500 other passengers be CDs and SOs?

    2) What would be our reception on shore visits? In other words, is this tried-and-true territory?

If all the others are not of us, that might make it even more exciting to socialize. I think of flirting.

The cruise sounds fun. My SO is always telling me how beautiful it is out at sea and I have always wanted to try a cruise. This would be fun for both of us it sounds like. I know he wants to go out more all dolled up. Since he has found this site he has become more and more confident with himself all around. A cruise with like minded people would do wonders and I hope we can go. Grandparents are always willing to take the rugrats

    Melanie, 2 person minimum?

U didn't say that. I'm assuming from my OTHER cruises that that IS the case?
How many cabins has Tri-Ess reserved? How many CDs went LAST YEAR?

We are a small group of 30-80 among 2000+ other passengers. If you can pass without a problem, you would not have a problem at the two Mexico port stops. So far on past cruises we have not had any problems with those who were enfemme at the port stops.

We can book singles who pay the cabin rate for two persons and one government tax.

We have 48 cabins reserved for our group. Last year our group was smaller with 28 in the group and 52 in 2008. Usually the group is composed of 60% CD's and 40% SO's.

Where do you live in Texas? We expect that we will have as many as 30-40 from Texas on the cruise and would love to share this exciting experience with both of you.
