I Did It (Not that - the other thing)

I went out dressed tonoght for the first time in my life.

Went to a TG support group (Seahorse) and met some lovely people of all ages and history.

But I was so nervous before. My foot was trembling on the pedels going there (and it is also surprisingly hard to drive a manual in high heels).

Strangely I soon settled down once I got there. It really helps not be alone.

Might even go to one of their social meetings at a pub next time.

I drive in slip-on flats, and change into my heels before getting out of the car. Much safer, and less risk of damaging the heels of the shoes.

Yep trembling away uncontrollably. I just hope I didn't get a speeding ticket as my speed kept going up and down (here in Melbourne it is a facist state as regards speeding, we've probably got more speed camaras than just about anywhere else).

But my feet didn't tremble once coming home

I'm just having a glass (or 2) of wine sort of coming down .. and starting to feel good, actually very good, actually very, very good.

Well you blew up the closet door , no going back in now. So what's next I wonder. I think you should go to the mall and do some shopping dressed. You'll find it's so much more fun dressed then in drab. Oh when your shopping and your wearing high heals make sure you have a pair of either low heals or flats cuz you ankles will get tired and sore. If you have a change of shoes you can contune shopping allday. Just a small tip. Plus if you afraid of getting caught have in your car a change of male clothes and some makeup remover just in case you need to drab up in a hurry. Me when I'm out I never bring any make stuff. When I'm out I come home dressed. But I'm single and don't care if anybody knows. Have fun and congrats on your first time out!!!!!
