To start with do the things I wish I could do now,simple things like Shaping my eyebrows,and piercing my ears.Then have lovely slim figure with firm breasts.
And of course spend,spend,spend on my wardrobe

U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.
Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!
You CAN decide to do that. Many of us have in different ways. If I recall, robbysherry got the full change.
But if I went full time, which I may, the first thing I would do is get an eyebrow waxing.
Get a larger wardrobe.
Just live my life as normal like any other woman .

That is something that will never happen, nor that I'm sure I would want to happen. But, for the sake of dreaming the first thing I would do is get implants.

My wardrobe would not handle 24/7 for more than a couple of days so,
1) Casual clothes
2) Range of jewelry
3) Another set of forms
4) Wigs
5) Some shoes not >4" heels!
6) A bit more makeup
7) complete ear piercings

I dont understand why those of you that said you would get your eyebrows waxed. You can do it now. just do little bit more each time you go in there. Most people wont even notice that you did this. It is also a great thrill to have it done.
