Kinda the same as everyone here, but I'm not using a wig or something.
The order of operations seems to change a little depending on my goal for the session. If I'm not going out there are several items that will not be needed. If I have the chance my toes will already be done. This is more likely in the winter since I wear sandals a lot when the weather if warm. Normally it's shower and shave first, then moisturize. Underwear and formwear next, then a slip. Before any other clothing goes on I'll do my makeup because I tend to spill powders and i don't want it on my top. I'll do lipliner but will wait until I'm fully dressed before I apply lipstick. After I'm dressed I'll put on my wig and get the jewelry on. Now I'm ready to do my nails if that's going to happen. Then I'll sit and let them dry and get hard while I enjoy being dressed. I love it when I give myself plenty of time and I can stretch it out. I may get an iced tea or mix a drink while thinking about what I'll be doing next. Once my nails are done and hard I'll get the shoes on, check my purse and if I'm going to wear perfume I'll give myself a spritz just before I walk out the door. It makes me smile.

Being transgender isn't a lifestyle choice. How you deal with it is.
1. Select outfit including wig,
2. cleanse and moisturise,
3. arrange adhesive bra, bra and forms,
4. makeup - face and decolette down to edge of bra,
5. toilet break, because I'd have to take almost everything from here on off to go later,
6. tuck, hip and butt padding, body shaper, tights or pantihose if required, outer clothes and shoes,
7. wig and hair accessories,
8. other accessories,
9. check or pack handbag.
My normal routine
1 Wash and shave.
2 Undies on
3 Bra and Falsies
4 Hold ups on, right leg first, and wear a pair of leopard pattern slippers for the moment.
5 Do the make up.
6 Get dressed, if I wear anything that requires going on over my head, I put a pillow case over my head first to stop the make up getting onto the clothes.
7 Slippers off and heels on
8 If I plan to wear a necklace it goes on now
9 Wig on, and styled
10 Ear rings and any other jewelery
11 Look hot
"She snuck up on me from behind. You'd think women would make more noise with those big high heels, but they don't, they've got this stealth thing going..."
There's an order? Wow, I learn something new every day.
Second star to the right and straight on till morning
I usually wear only a few types of outfits, so it's easy to choose what to wear.
1. of course, undress.
2. shower, shave anything obvious that needs touching up.
3. dry, deoderant, spray perfume.
4. Panties, then Bra (put bra on backwards like GF's did, then spin).
5. Stockings/pantyhose.
6. Slip.
7. top. bow or tie to match skirt when in schoolgirl outfit.
8. Skirt
Or dress, depending on outfit.
9. Shoes.
10. Earrings, maybe necklace/choker, watch, bracelet.
11. Glasses.
12. Wig.
13. Hair clip/barettes.
14. maybe nail polish if I think I'll be dressed for more than a few hours.
Done. I don't use make up; don't look at myself in the mirror, and no one else sees me.
Some causes of crossdressing you've probably never even considered: My TG biography at:http://www.crossdressers.com/forums/...=1#post1490560
There's an addendum at post # 82 on that thread, too. It's about a ten minute read.
Why don't we understand our desire to dress, behave and feel like a girl? Because from childhood, boys are told that the worst possible thing we can be, is a sissy. This feeling is so ingrained into our psyche, that we will suppress any thoughts that connect us to being or wanting to be feminine, even to the point of creating separate personalities to assign those female feelings into.
I have a secret swith in a bust of Rupaul in my study. It opens a secret panel in my closet. Inside is a pole label Stacey. I jump on the pole as a guy and reach the bottom in my girlcave as Stacey.
Okay I used to imagine something like that when I was a kid.
I go...
1. makeup
2. bra
3. pantyhose
4. top
5. skirt
6. earrings
7. wig
Usually I dress in lingerie, then do my makeup, then my dress, etc. Finally the wig and accessorize.
1. Wash and shave everything
2. Makeup
3. Panties
4. Bra and forms
5. Girdle or corset
6. Stockings
7. Full slip or camisole and half slip
8. Polish nails
9. Outer clothes
10. Jewelry
11. Wig
12. Shoes, purse and other accessories (coat, glasses, hat, gloves etc.)

I can't say I have a particular order for dressing. The point at which makeup goes on depends on the design of the top I'm going to wear. Ie... Button up tops can go on afterwards, but to avoid wrecking my makeup, tight pull over tops go on first and carefully after foundation and concealer on my neck and scar but before the blush, lippy, mascara etc go on.
The rest of my clothes go on in what I assume would be the normal order, Bra and knickers first then stockings, if I was to wear a petticoat or slip they would be next, then outer clothes then shoes. I usually leave my wig till last.
If we are going out (how rare is that ?) then a coat goes over the top, and I'll change into flats or my boots before leaving the house. Happily I don't own a hat...

After about an hour showering, shaving my selection of undies will determine what I'll be wearing. Can't wear black bra and panites under a light dress! Bra and form size (I have three sets of forms - some work with some bras, and some don't) generally spell out my choices from there.

I learned the laws of physics by watching Road Runner cartoons.
Do you have that, in a tall?
My order is:
1. Have a very close shave, put moisturiser on
2. Put on undies
3. Bra on with forms
4. Tights on
5. Skirt
6. Top on
7. Slip on my heels
8. Put make up on very carefully. I do that last cause by then my face will have calmed down from shaving.
I used to put make up on straight after I'd shaved. But found out that my skin was still a bit irritated.
Hugs.
