are you addicted to being hairless?

I ordered an epilator on ebay, and decided to hold off on shaving or nairing myself until it arrived. It's been five days now, and I am getting a little antsy. Now it's the weekend, and it isn't likely to arrive until Monday. I'm not sure I can wait anymore - I'm a bit put off (and mildly depressed) everytime I look at the stubble on my chest. Or my legs. Or my feet. <shudder>

Anyone else have a similar feeling?

I've been shaving year round for the last 5 years.. I'm hooked. I think about stopping, but as soon as the stubble shows, I can;t wait to shave again.

I definitely like being hairless (I hate body hair ), but I wouldn't say I'm addicted to being hairless.

I can relate to being extremely anxious (and sometimes depressed) when I have to wait for something to come that's related to something very important to me. Best thing to do is to keep yourself occupied with other things so you don't think about the wait :P

Not necessarily addicted but I'm definitely traumatized or emotionally distressed at the thought of having any body hair.

well i hate to shave. but it has been almost week since i last shaved. (hospital and surgery), my face has been furrey for some days now and my legs .

will take care of the face tonight but the legs have to wait do to lack of movement in the lower body. need for the wound to heal up right.

YES I AM! bit obsessed to become hairless! Countless of laser hair removal treatments, plucking, nair, waxing, and shaving!

My SO has had to up her grooming habits because of my obsession! hehehe


But I still do have a full goatee, but its now laser groomed so that it grows perfect without any maintenance!

Yes I am addicted to being hairless. I can't stand having hair on my body anymore, since I started shaving. I lov ethe smooth feel. If I can ever afford to get rid of it for good I will certainly do it. My SO wants me to help keep her smooth now too, I love it.

I look at men now, with their hairy legs and arms and think 'Gross!'
The best things about being hairless?
The feeling of any slight breeze and the sun on your bare skin!
Not to mention how fantastic it looks!

I don't think addiction is the proper word. I however strongly dislike being hairy - I am due to do my chest, and legs. When done well you all know the feeling!

Shudder .... is right! Recently I went on vacation and visited my parents for 2 weeks. They don't know about me and so I didn't shave my arms or legs for a week and a half before I went, plus not shaving while I was there, when it was time to come home I was feeling mega depressed about the amount of horrible icky body hair on me. I hate being even slightly hairy! Why did I shave in the first place? ... because I didn't want to have to answer questions about why my legs and arms have no hair on them. Trust me my mother would notice!

The only hair that I would want is the top of my head which has been receding for the last 40 years!! I shave everything else; if the dollars were there, everything would be lasered and/or electrolysised.

i dont mind shaving my underarms or legs but every time i shave my other area(you know where) the day after i look like i have the measels thats not cool. so i think ill keep that.

Call it a addiction if you want but once you start feeling the stuble, it time to shave. Only way I'll stop is when I can't do it myself. It feels so good to be hairless.

I've been shaving completely for about 6 years and can't imagine going back to being hairy.
When the stubble begins I feel like I'm in the movie "The Fly" when those shoots come out of his skin... "Help Me...!"

Never again if I have anything to say about it.
