If by some magic or medical miracle you found yourself in the body of a 24 year female. What would you do with your life? How would you live it? Would you be happy?
I would want to go back for my Masters in social work, and work with Domestic Violence victims or become a nurse. I have need to nurture and help people.
I would want to marry, have a baby. and enjoy the outdoors. And you?
I would want to make sure I finished my education and found work where I could interact with our youth. It is so true that the future is in our children and the way they accept the cultural shifts in society will have such an impact on the rest of the world. Anything I can do for that and still get paid would be a fulfilling life. Married? Baby? I'm not sure if I can swing that far just yet. I am just amazed that I got rid of 20 years and have a body that I can feel good about.

I have to admit I wouldn't be too happy as I want both of my genders. My guess is that I'd start crossdressing to understand the male side of me!

As for your question, I have thought about this a lot. I think I would dress much hotter than the matronly old woman that I am now. But I don't know that my life would be much different. I think I would prefer to work in the same field. I probably would have a child or two and definitely hiked a lot.

I probably wouldn't change much that I've done or the pathways I followed. I would do some of them differently, like athletics: I would take a couple of different sports. And I would definitely want to have a baby. I would love being a woman with my adult life ahead of me!

I would probably give it back before the stretchmarks become permanent.
I'd focus on my career, and not follow my ex around the continent, supporting his career while taking care of the kids and providing a home for everyone. In fact, I would have kept the kids, continued working, and sent him merrily on his way when he was transferred.
Then I'd have a decent income now and my own retirement fund.
Oh ... and I would have spent a lot more time on myself and my own needs.I dare say that my kids would even have been better off for it.
I don't mean to sound bitter, it is what it is. But for me, there were negative consequences to having been a wife and at-home mother, then divorcing in middle age.

I take it that you mean this 24 yo would have a slim body.
To me it would mean I could get to wear all the sexy clothes instead of trying to find something not frumpy in my current size but, I like a few others in this thread would be a lesbian if my mind wasn't altered at the same time! But just imagine it going into clothes shops and not having to look for the plus size section, having real breasts to fill pretty bras.
