JEANS! (That was for Karren) No, hosiery -- either stockings or kneesocks.
The finished product makes me feel so great, but if I had to choose just one thing it would be a bra without any question.

Little black dress for me
If we are talking out enfemme it would have to be my wig otherwise I'm not out enfemme. In general I will cheat and say bodybriefer (that way I can include bra and panties and still only list ONE item)!! With that being said i really agree with Karren, it is the total look that does it for me.
My favorite thing is skirtsI just love wearing skirts.

My favorite thing at the moment are my jean leggings. I love the look and feel.
Extremely high heels are my favorite but you need all the rest to go with them.

Impossible to pick just one.
First: A skirt plus hose (I love the way I look, and how they feel --so very unlike wearing pants, which I absolutely hate!)
Second: A bra (For girls only! Explicitly and necessarily feminine. And again, I love the way I look, and how it feels)
Third place: Make-up. Especially when I do a good job.
Everything together is greater than the sum of the feminine parts.

For partying, a black cocktail dress, knee length,black thigh-hi's and garter belt, black thong, black bra, three inch strappy heels, a party wig, a black velvet purse, bangle earrings, a faux diamond watch, a choker or scarf to hid the adam's apple a bit, a few rings, and a friendly smile for everyone. For shopping, blue jeans (Levi 512's), low-heeled tan walking boots, white turtle neck, a black hoodie, a white vest, designer sunglasses, a long wig tied back in a pony tail, and the smile.

Love my high heels,nylons,Corsets are high on the list also..
Need to have at the veery least my panties. Next I'd love to wwear my slips. Can parade around the house all day in my panties and slip. Life is so good!!!!
