I was fortunate to go out to a restaurant with another TG friend of mine last weekend , and being referred as "ma'am" , and the the two of us being adressed as "ladies".
Now, that's what I call good service.

I got ma'am'd on the phone for the first time today. That was an interesting experience, wasnt even trying to do that
Being referred to as a lady is such a great experience. And it usually happens while out shopping or at resturants where they tend to be more accommodating when it comes to addressing customers by the gender they are attempting to portray.
I hope you left a really good tip!

Being called "Ma'am" or being referred to as a "Lady" is something of which I never tire!

After looking at your pic, "Lady" would be the only way I would refer to you. Maybe "pretty lady"?
