    Pulled Over Dressed

Has anyone ever been pulled over by a police officer while dressed? I had it happen to me over a year ago and on that night I did not pass as being female….I was scared out of my mind! I was taking a late night drive, or should I say early morning drive in the dark and thought I was “safe” not to completely do everything (my wig being the main missing component).

Well, I ended up having to admit I was cross dressing as the purse on the seat next to me, pumps on my floorboard below me, make up and toes being done were all give aways, not to mention the flimsy nightie and robe I was dressed in to drive. The police officer had a chuckle, and by nothing more than luck wrote me a warning for speeding and I was on my way….can anyone relate to this type of situation?

It has never happened to me, but I have saw several threads on the same subject. Good for you, that you only got a warning.

Been there, done that. Course I'm always fully dressed so it feels less awkward. Do they know I'm a guy (before they get the id). Sure. I enjoy the fact that it can take them as much as 4 or 5 seconds before they figure it out! With one exception they were all professional and respectful. They do like to make the point somehow that "they know". As long as you look them in the eye and tell the truth you should be ok.

I've had run ins with police and security guards at stores, hotels and casinos but never in a vehicle. For some reason I become more law abiding when enfemme. At first I thought I was scared to get cause... Yeah right but now I realize the slower I drive, the longer the trip takes, the more I get to stay dressed!

The very first time that I drove while dressed I was stopped at a DUI checkpoint. The officer asked if I had been drinking and when he determined that I was sober sent me on my way. He failed to compliment me on my dress, wig or makeup.

Been stopped twice for DUI checks, passed both, treated professionally by the police officers doing their jobs. I was more worried about a DUI ticket and resultant costs than about being dressed completely.

It's allways been my opinion that the more out in the open and more people the less likely there will be problems! Late at night with not much going on is a good oportunity to get singled out -- I never like to be alone and out at night...especially if iam not dressed how I want to present -- but I bet it was a rush, ! Glad it ended well!! ............ Debra

Well, since you brought it up memory is telling me I didn’t exactly have any panties on in this situation, so I was as close to naked as you could be being that I was only in my flimsy nightie and robe! I probably really caught a break from this cop!

Posted by me in another thread. here is my only experience

Just last fall I was dressed to the nines in a short black sequin dress and 5" heels. Makeup and hair done to perfection complete with long french finger nails. As I was leaving a small club about 1:00AM I had to walk next to a busy lighted street about a block to my Pickup truck. While I am out dressed I never ever drink anything other than just a plain coke. I got to my truck having some difficulty getting into it because of the short dress and heels but proceeded on my way home. A few seconds later I noticed a sheriff's car behind me. Well duh I was driving on my best behavior after noticing him as I continued along for almost a mile before his flashing lights came on. I pulled onto a side street and tried to calm myself down when this sheriffs deputy of at least 50 years old came to my window asking for my drivers license and insurance. As I handed them to him I ask what the problem was and he like thought for a second before saying he noticed me driving left of center a few times and ask if I had been drinking at the club he saw me pull out of. After seeing my male ID and me assuring him that I never drink while I'm out dressed this way he politely said well your in a very high profile truck and it must have just been the wind causing you to drift a little. I was having trouble finding a current insurance verification but had several older ones but he told me to never mind and to have a nice night Mr. K..... Well after thinging about the whole thing I told myself this was just a 50 somthing guy using his ability as a deputy to stop and check out a very sexy girl he noticed comming out of a club and that made my night.

Oh yes I've been there three time! Never got a ticket though! One time I'm sure the oficer was just 'checking' me out! He told me that I should wear a seat belt! That was before it became a law!

Years ago I went the wrong way on a one way street for about 50 feet to avoid taking a 1/4 mile detour. Mister officer didn't appreciate it and pulled me over. When he asked me my name I told him Sheila. He then asked me to spell it and I had never even thought about how Sheila was spelled. I was so flustered I misspelled it. Short story long, he asked for my license and insurance and suggested I take the long way around next time. I had the nerve to ask him if he had any doubt whether I was girl or guy. He said no and walked away. In my eyes that means he thought I was a girl the whole time.

I got pulled over once and was scared to death. It was routine and he let me go without saying anything about my being dressed. It took about 30 minutes for me to start breathing correctly again. I also never drink alcohol while dressed and I am alot more cautious driver.

One time I was out driving wearing a ball gown and full makeup.
Well I was doing 50 in a 35 and got pulled over. I thought it would go well since I actually had car insurance for once.

    It didn't go well.

When he walked up to the window, I asked him if he could hold my beer while I dug thru the glove box for my registration. Well for some reason he told me to get out of the car. I didn't want to cause I was not wearing clean undies and didn't want him trying to peep up my dress. He got rude so I tried to burn him with my cigarette and he kind of freaked out. I got scared and drove off, of course I got caught. Seems a modded V8 can outrun a non-mod V6. Who woulda thought?

Well at that point I had like 4 cops cars chasing me, and I offered "favors" if they would not take me in. Once again, didn't work out well.

So yeah, I am not sure why I had to sit in jail but I think it was cause I was dressed up.

I came very close to getting pulled over one time. I used to like pulling over somewhere without people around at night so I could get out and walk around without fear of being spotted. I did this in a dark parking lot, one time, and a cop saw me. It was pretty stupid of me to pull into that parking lot because it was a high school. Not the best decision I've ever made. I saw a cop stop in front of the parking lot, so I hurried up and got back in my car and drove off. The cop followed me for a few blocks. I was pretty damn scared. I calmed down when I realized that I didn't really do anything illegal, but I was still pretty scared. I've never spoken to another human being while dressed up. Thankfully the cop finally stopped following me.

the first two questions are illegal for them to ask. non of there needs. and you are not required to submit to any but a breath and or blood testing.
as for walking the line i can do it better in 3-4 in heels drunk than some real girls can sober. (not that i have had too.).

but maybe i am lucky, or that it was all before the "safety checks" started up, never got stopped. and no tickets in any form in the last 20 years..and i drive a 18 wheeler. but due to company required dress code no dressing up.

Wasn't pulled over exactly, but I was walking around a roadside stop in 2003 on a beautiful mountain road with nice view over looking a valley. A CHP car pulled into the area and I instinctively got back my car. He walked up to the passenger side window and I instinctively put a map over my legs but I think he caught a glimpse of the black nylons I had on and the fact that I was wearing a red dress. He just asked if everything was OK, if I was stranded or if I needed any help. I just said I needed to stop and read my map. He asked once again if everything was OK and I assured him it was. He left.

Three years later I was pulled over by the same CHP officer for speeding. I was in scruffy guy mode this time. I have no idea if he remembered me from the other encounter. I was going 60 in a 45 but he was nice enough to write on the ticket that I was only doing 50 in a 45.

    I love California.

I have been pulled over a few times but the police officer in each case thought that I am a GG because I pass 100%. I have a foreign name which doesn't indicate gender, I have some makeup on in the photo of my driver's license, and in all the cases the officers didn't bother to see the 'M' in the gender box of the license. The interesting part is that I did receive 2 tickets and both of them the gender was stated as 'F'.

And I read it as was the officer dressed. Double points if the officer is a motorcycle cop I guess.

If you are reading her posts, just listen for the line being let out before the tug....

After reading the OP and a couple other of her threads, either she has a regular fetish going about being busted in nighties or she needs to be posting in the Writer's Society.

Not "pulled over," exactly, but about a year and a half ago, I was on the way out of my house to an early-evening nail appointment. Fully dressed, top, skirt, stockings, heels, long nails, makeup, jewelry, long coat, purse. It was a dark, foggy, slightly icy late December night with poor visibility. Backing out, I missed seeing a car parked directly across the street from my driveway, and bumped into it. It was a very low speed collision with minimal damage, but a fender-bender nonetheless, so the local police were called. The other car belonged to a visitor at my next-door neighbor's house. So the officer, the neighbor, his friend and I all had a "conversation" on my back porch as the cop checked my ID, insurance and criminal record and wrote me up a ticket for the incident. The officer was a typically clean-cut 30-something male, very no-nonsense and professional, and didn't say a thing not required by his usual accident investigation script. Not a word was said by anyone about how I was dressed. It was clearly my fault and the ticket was deserved. I paid the fine and that was the end of the matter ... case closed. It did all seem to take an awfully long time -- almost an hour. I have barely spoken to the neighbor since then, but he doesn't seem to have been bothered by it or to have mentioned it to anyone else. I was as nervous as all get-out at the time, but tried not to let it show, and apparently succeeded. A shame that I had to postpone my manicure appointment, though.

    - Diane

Yea........... Happened to me too !!

Went out for a late night drive in a country town while on a business trip. I was wearing a white taffeta bridesmaid dress. After doing a breath test & checking licence etc. When the Police Lady was finished, she told me to be safe.
