I only need 2 wishes, first to be transformed into a real woman, and #2, to win the lottery so I could buy new shoes and dresses, pantyhose and what not

Read A.S. Byatt's "The Djinn In Nightingale's Eye". The main character, a middle-aged women who is a professor of literature, finds a genie in a bottle, but because she knows fairy stories so well and knows the pitfalls of wishes she is extremely slow and careful.
Wish #1 in that story is the one I like best: "I would like my body to look the way it did the last time I was happy with it." That's no good for me, though.
I don't know the stories quite as well, but
#1 To be a woman
#2 to be accepted as a woman by friends, family, acquaintances, strangers
#3 A decent-sized apartment that doesn't cost me half of my income!

1: To be able to change my body into that of a woman and back again at will, with total control over what that body would look like.
2: To have enough money that I could afford to never work again and yet still live comfortably.
3: To have my SO fully accept and embrace me.
