Talking I thought a spider had crawled up my arm. I screamed.

My little brother: "You scream like a woman."
    Me: "Thanks!"
    Him: "It wasn't a compliment."

For the record, it wasn't a spider, but a small ball of loose threads from a blanket.
"Move along people, there's nothing to see here."

A manly scream is one that pierces the heavens with anger and sorrow.
It is a scream that puts fear into the heart of a grizzly bear.
It freezes flames, and makes any normal man feel as though his blood were suddenly replaced with ice water.
And the man that made that scream leave the lips of it's captor knows that his end will soon come.

Needless to say, I didn't scream a manly scream.
Apparently, I scream with the same tonality of a young woman.
"Move along people, there's nothing to see here."

Once I dropped a bag of groceries in my early en femme days.
The bag ripped open and the contents went all over the crosswalk.
    In a deeper voice I said "Aw s..t." .
I was then lambasted by a couple of dear old ladies..
"That is not nice language for a lady to use"
THEN I proceeded to hold up traffic for the next 5 minutes whilst others help me retrieve the contents.
I wanted to flick my fingers and disappear like Samantha.
Nobody appeared to read me even though I was rough at the edges.
