All I can say, is, BE SURE that's what you want... because IF it works, there is no easy way of going back, surgery is the only means of reduction.
I have severe Gynecomastia, I am a 38 C, fortunately 6 foot 2 inches tall with a large frame, so as long as I wear LOOSE button up shirts, it doesn't show too much.
I love going to the beach, which has presented Many problems.
Even in my wetsuit it's obvious I have boobs, and going shirtless, has gotten ugly from time to time, the last incident, a lady went off on me, saying how could I come to the beach at all, there are children here, it was at that point, I had to grab my wife because she was ready to hurt this lady. So to avoid problems, I usually wear a shirt, rash-guard or very plain sports bra when at the beach.
I have NEVER had family or friend give me a hard time about my breasts.
