A padded bra, then you can add a shirt tied at the waist, skinny jeans, furry boots, a close shave, manicure the finger nails and do the hair just right.

I'd like to say shoes because they're the first feminine item I put on and the last I take off, but the truth is, since I've been wearing heels out and about with all kinds of outfits for the last nine years or so, they have kind of lost their power to make me feel girly. They're just "my shoes" now. So I guess it's a skirt, which definitely makes it clear which team I'm playing for.

Edit: Oh yes, I can't believe I forgot...LEOTARDS. I've never tried wearing a leotard before but I really want to. I want to pretend to be a little gymnast and wear different color leotards (pink, black, light blue, etc).

I would have to go with leotard and if I could add a tutu it would be wonderful and maybe a french maid dress. That has been my problem as I couldn't ever stop shopping.
Yes slipping into a leotard and having it hug and caress your body is amazing, adding the kiss of pantyhose or shimmer tights sliding up your legs then putting on the tutu or mini skirt is wonderful
I have to say a silky lacey Victorias Secret thong panty and my favorite Vanity Fair white lacey silky half slip! So fem.....
It is a skirt for me.
