Well this is a tough one. I'm always wearing a pair of satin panties but no one gets to see them. I guess I'll say a dress. It's the most comfortable item I own and feel fem in it too. I like skirts but it wouldn't look very good without the blouse to go with it.
Judging by my closet it's clearly shoes.
