Hands down for me, it's support pantyhose with a slip and heels, everything after that is icing on the cake, but any time i dress, even partially, i wear those if i can get away with it
If I had to pick one item I would go with dresses.
I can't choose I will have to say everything and anything girlie. I am pretty sure a bra and forms are the ultimate. They are the only things girl have that make them outwardly a girl. Uh all I might be pregnant(lol). Laugh it might not be true but it is funny.

Got my hands on an old prom dress recently and I love looking at myself in it. Yeah it isn't practical to wear and is silly to wear around the house I feel gorgeous in it. Fits as though it was tailored straight for me.
I have a pair of Yoga pants I absolutely love lounging around the house in.
