I'm curious about the motivations of some cross dressers. Do you (A) dress to release that inner girl, or (B) dress because you are that inner girl?

If your answer is (A), then cross dressing would seem natural. As if you're using clothing and makeup as a tool to see your inner self.

If your answer is (B), I'm skeptical. My guess is those who answer (B) hate their inner male side and try to disassociate with men in general. I wonder if the (B) girls could strip down and walk around naked for a day. No clothing, no hair, no makeup or jewelry, no high heel pumps, no augmented breasts. Could you walk around naked, as yourself, and without looking in the mirror, feel like a woman? Being honest with yourself when you think of your answer, then think of the title of this thread and how it applies to society.

I would like to think that dressing and being female are disjoint. Are they really connected, or do people connect the two as a means to serve their purpose?
