They actually make silicon nipple covers which you use to conceal your prominent nipples. I have very large natural nipples that protrude from AA breast when I wear a polo shirt and no bra. My daughter told me that I needed to cover my nips when I was wearing a white polo shirt for a work event. I do not think my nipples are female large, just male large, (Using suction to stretch them might have caused them to get a little bit bigger than normal).

I have a major problem with "headlights". As I've mentioned before I have enlarged nipples from a hormone issue I had years ago. They NEVER turn off. Since I do not dress in public, I often wonder what the people around me think about the fact that they are always on! My SO jokes about them being harder than hers.

Not dumb Hon. I've actually recently adopted the Milla look and they stick out even without forms. I did figure out how to wear that chemise, it looks good. I'll send some pics after my new SO does the photo shoot on me.
