I have just pinched and pulled my nipples for years, and they do stick out. I like to wear a bra, but find it like covering up an erogene zone too. A paradox?? I wear blouses and a padded/push-up A-cup often in public. Most people see a guy in jeans and a weird shirt, but at a second glance, they will notice that there is no men's clothes on that guy. It is mostly women that notice the difference - very seldom guys. Suits me fine...
