    The thrill of getting caught

I can not speak for all but I am sure there are a few girls like me , willing to push the limits of outting yourself. What I mean is anyone you might know catching you either dressed or pushing the gender boundries while still presenting male but certain area's of attire are feminine. I always do little stupid things like walking out to the mail box in heels, wearing girly sandles or heels in a public area and showing off my polished toes, wearing too much mascrea, or a darker eye shadow and lip gloss male mode. It is as if I get a high doing these things and wonder what I would say if I got called out on it. The other day I went into a local resturant that I often go to in my girly flats and fresh feminine pedicure. I drove to go in the Casino today in a pair of jewled t strap 2 1/4" heels and as I walked across the parking lot, I chickened out and walked back across the street to my car and put my drab guy shoes on. I got home and I decided to wash my car, I have the most feminine pink pedicure and in open toe sandle heels my feet look 2 cute. I can't explain why but doing this makes me feel the most feminine. I live in a semi rual area but houses are around but my neighbors set off the road some and my next door neighbor is like 100'feet to my left. My house is about 140 feet off the road. I said to myself I need to start wearing heels more and do more thing wearing them so that it comes natural to wearing them. I start washing my car in some plaid womens slacks and top and my jeweled sandles. I could hear car passing by and unless their blind they can see my feet. I wasn't worried about the neighbor , he never comes over. here I am bent over washing my wheels , yes I did occasionally look up the driveway to see if anyong was coming up. Nest thing I know the UPS truck is about 20 feet aways from me , my heart starts to race knowing he got an EYE full of me in heels. I casually walk fast around the front of my car and into my garage to change shoes. This guy is my regular UPS and I always order parts from summit, autozone tire rack you name it , he also bought me some girly stuff before but who knows if he paid attention. We talk a little and he acts like he didn't see anything. I should have just walked up to the truck in my heels BUT again I was chicken. This is what I was wearing is there any way he didn't notice , they don't look to feminine huh !!

Denise, I know exactly what you mean. I'm always taking a lipstick or lip gloss and applying it while I drive, like all of the other girls and wondering (perhaps hoping) someone is watching me. Then, there are the trips to the mall and I'm almost always underdressed in a cute, V.S. pushup and if you looked closely you'd see the telltale signs of mascara. Of course, carrying a little Brighton purse over my shoulder might give me away too!

So I wonder, what happens when everyone knows and no one really cares? Considering that the world probably won't end, when you get caught and then outted, what is your next fun thing to do?

I reckon it's the euphoria one gets from the rush of adrenalin or endorphins from "almost" getting caught or not really knowing if you were caught.

The rush to change before getting caught is part of keeping this kind of euphoria going. Talking yourself into not trying to hide it may lessen the effect, especially when no one seems to care. Or it can change to a different kind of euphoria, ditching the "being scared" part.

Yeah I know the thrill. I had some waxing done a while back and I asked the tech to do my eyebrows. I explained that it would be nice to just have them shaped a bit. When it was all said and done my SO said they were too pointy at the front and a little feminine. It was a bit of a thrill cause she kept saying I think somebody is going to notice. If someone did notice, they never said anything.

If the UPS man didn't notice he must be blind.

A few years back I had a CD friend who used to pick me up for meeting early in the afternoon "dressed".
He lived in another town and didn't seem to care who saw him. At the time I had a business in this small
town and it bothered me so much I broke off our friendship. Now years later, after being retired, I dress in
some femm manner daily. I related in a post a few days ago about meeting my new neighbors in femm shorts,
blouse and sandals and yes my toenails are always painted. By the way our new neighbors are turning out to be
good friends. I understand the "high" you get from pushing the envelope so to speak. But like someone has
already said, after awhile it becomes old hat and you will probably feel more relaxed and more like it's just
who you are. Anyway that's the way it is with me. After a while you realize no one really cares anyway.
    Nice picture by the way.

My guess is UPS drivers and other delivery people have seen it all and are pretty used to anything. My neighbor came over to borrow my weed eater a few weeks ago, and I figured I could just open my garage door and let him get it. But I had to start it for him and he could see my very pretty pink nails as I showed him how to work the choke and the gas. He didn't say anything either, but it was a thrill to be outed by someone that knows me. I have always enjoyed under dressing or having my nails done out in public. It is exciting and makes me feel wonderful!
I just couldn't wear my big girl panties today.

Getting "caught" for me, sounds A LOT like my toast falling on the floor butter side down! But, HEY! Whatever blows your hair back, ladies!

Hi Denise. I've had that thrill since I started dressing as a little boy. Its actually a humiliation thing; being embarrassed, teased, or humiliated if you were "caught". I've always had strong fantasies about this.

No thrill at all for me running the risk of getting caught--unless it's on my own terms. That is, if I could thereafter living every minute of my life as my true self. I'm wondering if it wouldn't be better for me to allow the whole world to "catch" me.

Denise you are a girl after my own heart. I want to make this reply a long one, but I wont. I have on a feminine watch. And a pink hair band on my right wrist w/ light greenish(cyan) colored small beaded bracelet also a pinkish purple(fuschia) band. I used to keep my nails polished but they aren't right now. I just love this stuff but I do it on purpose and no one says anything. I want to tell more but it is too much. lol Isn't this life fun?

Dressing is necessary, the type of clothes you wear not so much.

    Denise: 2 things

    1. This past Tuesday I had to attend a funeral for my Aunt Alice. I wore a mens suit and tie and under dressed in one of my Passion Lace Plunge Bras, an Essential Lace Cami, Panty, and Pantyhose. People who attended do not know I cross dress. I chatted with many Family members and Friends that were there and never once thought about my under dressing. Many of my Family Members are people I rarely see due to my primary residence being in Southern California. I did get a few hugs and a few kudos. No one said anything and if they felt bra straps, that were very thin, they did not respond to it.

    2. Last fall while shopping at a Lane Bryant Store, A lady shopper and her 10Y/O daughter were shopping near by when the daughter told her mother, "That man(me) is wearing a bra". The mother came to ask when I stated "Yes Madam, I am, I have been wearing a bra every day for the last 20 years". I was also wearing a ladies botton front shirt with the top botton undone. I bent over some what and let the mother get a look at my size 44"D" cleavage. The mother went back to her daughhter and said "lets go". Mother and daughter quickly left the store. I continued shopping.

That kinda sums it up ::: I too push it further at times and the words (Finally had enough) yes it is hard to go thru life repressing the real YOU. Our fear it will up-set some people and the ones we love. Yes, there are repercusions when people find out you are really a crossdresser. Some people and at some places you just don't want them to know completely.

I don't think it's the 'thrill' of getting caught, so much as it is the intense desire to be found out and surprisingly accepted and even loved by the person who notices you in your feminine 'mode'. When I was young, I used to do some pretty risky things to 'almost' get caught while dressed up as a girl, always fantasizing about the person who was discovering me, somehow loving the idea of me as a girl. Reality, however, was another thing entirely. Family doesn't accept it at all, and wife divorced me over it. So much for wishful thinking.
My life is just one long extended game of dress up. But am I a guy dressing up as a girl, or a girl dressing up as a guy? My TG biography at: http://www.crossdressers.com/forums/...=1#post1490601 however, the beginning actually starts at post #53 there. I cannot fix the link to show the starting post.

Ah, the thrill of getting caught wearing a dress among the neighbors would only be superceded by the thrill of finding an apartment, new friends, new relatives and a new job!

I have been pushing it too and I know my wife knows, (we had a long discussion about how she disapproves of this) I took a week off and I was miserable to the point of I didn't want to do anything, I had zero drive to be productive. So I went back to what keeps me sane and happy, I know she is not happy but what can I do it makes me happy and this is how I want to be. I have been asked one time if I was wearing womens jeans and my reply was "no they are my jeans" maybe made for women in mind, but I am a woman in my mind.
I wish I had the courage to just be myself and live my life how I want

I'm not really trying to get caught. I generally go out en femme, but on some occassions I'll wear heeled sandals and womens jeans, as I did on Friday while my wife and I enjoyed mararitas and lunch on the patio of a local restaraunt. . But I really don't consider that an attempt to get "caught". I'm to the point where I don't particularly care if someone happens to notice my painted toenails or heels. They're just as likely to seem me fully dressed.

    Trying to understand something. :p

To those of you who seek the thrill, which of the following scenarios ring more true to you?

    A. If we lived in a world that accepted the outward appearance of feminine men and it was common, do you think you'd just be wearing pretty things as a part of your every day presentation (whether partially or fully feminine), and not be so "thrilled" about it, as if it were just a regular thing to wear?

    B. Or again, if we lived in a world that accepted the outward appearance of feminine men and it was common, then do you think you'd find a different form of expression that was taboo?
    Reine
