The classic Lola. Here is a recent cover by the Raincoats
another classic favorite, Lou Reed - Take a Walk on the Wild Side
here's another one by the genius kurt cobain and nirvana

I'm not sure if these fit but:
Aerosmith Dude looks like a lady
Shania Twain Man I Feel Like a Woman
Always makes me want to dress
Change Your Mind - Sister Hazel
Chorus -
If you want to be somebody else,
If you're tired of fighting battles with yourself
If you want to be somebody else
Change your mind...
Go Put your records on - Corrine Bailey Rae
For some reason whenever I hear the song my brain replaces the word 'records' with 'panties' and I can't get it out of my head.
“She’s the One” by Bruce Springsteen
With her killer graces
And her secret places
That no boy can fill
With her hands on her hips
Oh and that smile on her lips
Because she knows that it kills me
With her soft French cream
Standing in that doorway like a dream
I wish she'd just leave me alone
Because French cream won't soften them boots
And French kisses will not break that heart of stone
With her long hair falling
And her eyes that shine like a midnight sun
Oh she's the one
She's the one
That thunder in your heart
At night when you're kneeling in the dark
It says you're never gonna leave her
But there's this angel in her eyes
That tells such desperate lies
And all you want to do is believe her
And tonight you'll try
Just one more time
To leave it all behind
And to break on through
Oh she can take you
But if she wants to break you
She's gonna find out that ain't so easy to do
And no matter where you sleep
Tonight or how far you run
Oh she's the one
She's the one
Oh and just one kiss
She'd fill them long summer nights
With her tenderness
That secret pact you made
Back when her love could save you
From the bitterness
Oh she's the one
Oh she's the one
Oh she's the one
Oh she's the one
To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance.
La Roux Bulletproof...I really like that song.

How about - 'The Lumberjack Song'?
How about Shania Twains, "Man. I feel like a woman" ???????????
Deffo this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoWuQ...eature=related
It's the result of a reality show where they get some old boyband hasbeens and train them up to fool the public into think they're a girl band, complete with a song, music video and even live performance. Does the whole documentary is on youtube, makes for very interesting watching even if like me you're not a fan of that music.

I don't know about CD songs, but when I'm dressed / dressing I've been known to hum these oldies but goodies from musicals:
"I Feel Pretty" (West Side Story -- My fave, thank you Lennie Bernstein!)
"See the pretty girl in that mirror there?
Who can that attractive girl be?
Such a pretty face
Such a pretty dress
Such a pretty smile
Such a pretty me! " [and the rest is great too!]
and "I Enjoy Being a Girl" from Flower Drum Song (Rodgers and Hammerstein)"
"When I have a brand new hairdo
With my eyelashes all in curl,
I float as the clouds on air do,
I enjoy being a girl!" [although I'm sure about all of the bits about guys...]
Guess this dates this ol' girl....

Lola by The Kinks is great.
Years ago I mimed a song in a female impersonator talent Quest.
"I enjoy being a girl"
A 1001 others have used the same song to mime to.
I won 1st prize for the night, A taffeta hoop slip and a padded bra on condition I had it fitted at the lingerie shop that donated the prize.
The lady that owned the shop was, shall we say, different.

and beauty will follow.
I've always thought that Redneck Woman by Gretchen Wilson was , at least to me, is a cd song I have a homemade CD of songs with Redneck Woman on it' I usually sing loudly when any of the 17 country songs on this cd play.

The "Kinks" had a good one called "Lola" about a man who meets a girl in a bar and realizes she a man. And then
there's the song "Walk on the wild side" both great crossdressing songs.
The one that stands out for me has always been: The Kinks "Dedicated Follower of Fashion"
"Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
He thinks he is a flower to be looked at,
And when he pulls his frilly nylon panties right up tight,
He feels a dedicated follower of fashion."
While I don't think the song is about a crossdresser per se, as you can see, there is certainly an element of CD (or transvestism) in the song. The song was composed in 1966 when Psychedelia was just being born. Men also dressed rather effeminate in the late 60s, with lots of bright colours, so it just worked out that way.

I'm a Alice Cooper fan (hence the last name), he has a song called the Saga of Jesse Jane. The person who did the video has a great sense of humor...http://youtu.be/QiwaESG2ccQ
Christina Aguilera's song "Beautiful" is my favourite.
