Yep, so I have now had a few days at my new office, I'm confident they are tolerant even if I have been quite subtle so far. I got the company policy on dress code, so no jeans it seems, and there is nothing that would caught me out unless it is considered inappropriate, which could as easily avoided as abused rule. Except for that - my contract is fully compliant with local HLBT laws and all other sorts of harassments, bullying, racial slurs and the usual stuff, religion and all. Apparently not only from having to comply but also wanting to do so it seems.
