This may be a little out of the ordinary, but my favorite is wearing TWO pair of silky pantyhose, like L'eggs Sheer Vitality. Having the second pair on and feeling the slight friction as I walk or sit and cross my legs feels SO sexy/sensual.
The item of femme gear that I most enjoy at the moment is a pink halter neck triangle bra I bought recently. It is so sexy and comfortable to wear that I can't bear to take it off.
My black satin/lace sleeveless night gown, floor length, v-neck, with a gather just between the breast.
I bought it for my wife a few years back, but she said "I'll never wear this, you wear it!".. so I did.
To roam the house I have to put on a satin night shirt over it though, and even that looks good.

Gosh, most of my lingerie is plain and boring Walmart stuff. I'd have to say a baby doll set I got at Fashion Bug and paid more than I wanted to, but its worth it. Its antique white lace with ruffled lace straps, low cut and has a matching string bikini.

A royal blue satin sleepshirt that I got i size bigger than normal, that i like to wear with pantyhose and wedgie slides. Or thigh highs and heels if I plan on something special.
I have a black Nancy Ganz body slimmer with a thong back that definately makes me feel "sensual". It's comfortable too! Love wearing it, some thigh highs and heels while I do my nails and makeup.

Hi All: My most favorite and my most sensuous lingerie is a very femme and cute lace top crepe thigh length slip by Barbizom. When i wear it with an underwire lace cup bra that holds me up and out and a matching panty over a garterbelt and stockings with heels I am so turned on. I feel so feminine and randy.
I would have to say my baby blue nylon and chiffon floor length peignoir set.
I've got some (not nearly enough!) origional 50's full slips and french knickers all in silk.
They were expensive but worth every penny.
