Had my first checkup this morning and I'm already better than 20/20! Hopefully it'll be even better with a few more days for the eyes to settle down.

First and foremost, I'm so glad this went well for you and you are getting good results.

as an aside, I had mine done a long time ago and the surgeon did Not correct me to 20/20, stating that less correction would serve me well as i got older and would forestall the eventual need for reading glasses. It has worked out. I wear a mild Rx for driving and still don't need readers, well past 40 + .
