What's a good workout schedule to "accentuate" more suitable features to rock my new outfit?
What 'more suitable features' are you trying to 'rock'. A little more clarity please.
Well if you are looking for definition. Eat healthy. Lift weights, light weights and high reps and fit in cardio. Tonight for me it was an hour of weights, 15 min run on the treadmill followed by an hour on the bike.
