Flickr, and Photobucket are two that come to mind.
Try Wikipedia, and Photo Storage as other ideas.

There's also Imgur, 500px, Picasa as well. A quick scan of my bookmarks also show MyAlbums, Webshots, Snapfish and Shutterfly.
