Both en drab and en femme.
I have seen more CD'ers out & about lately .....more than I ever remember in the past. To me, going out & about is a non-event these days.
Keep it up, girls!....you're doing great!

I was at Perimeter Mall on Saturday. I bet you'll visit there this week

i have been much more prolific in going out, and much more bold in my interactions. meaning, i used to never leave the car if people were around... but, lately am walking right into stores and restaurants without feeling "different." actually, i've been feeling just at home dressed up and out.
when in doubt, smile
I can't say I've seen a lot of fellow CDrs out here in east Texas. Maybe I need to be more attentive. I know there are a lot of us in Houston!
I've only once in my life seen what I was sure was a crossdresser in public and that was twenty or thirty years ago. She was asking the clerk at a drug store for makeup help and the clerk declined to help her.
I've caught a quick glimpse of a couple that might have been crossdressers, but I didn't want to follow them around to get a better look.

Well done. It seems you've become accustomed to it. Perhaps it's because you look great and most people simply wouldn't look closely enough to notice anything.
I wouldn't say it's a non-event for me (in the sense that I really like shopping!), but nobody seems to make a big deal out of how I'm dressed. For me to get to the mall, I need to take the bus, which is often crowded (sometimes with youthful girls, which members of this forum seem so afraid off), and which allows plenty of time for people to "study" me. Still no big deal.
I still feel a bit awkward going to the bathroom (particularly at a local mall where security is stationed right outside, so they can watch you enter). But nobody has made a big deal out of it so far.

Nathalie good for you.
I do not notice others a great deal, I just accept that they are what they are unless it is a bad presentation.

and beauty will follow.
They must be all at your mall and not at mine, the only one I've ever seen is me when I looked in a mirrow in the furniture department at Wal Mart.
Went shopping in my lunch hour today. Was looking for some nice sandals with heels, a garter belt/suspenders and a nice top to go with my denim skirt. Found NOTHING so I got a bracelet and a choker (costume jewelry) instead. :-)
Funny, here we get a lot of out cross dressers, at our small town pride parade, but the rest of the year, you never see any of them around. I guess it's a one weekend a year kind of place.
