Mine is not very large, but I know several gg's who have noticeable aa's. It's probably not a big deal unless we make it so.

I haven't checked. However, at six foot and 190 pounds I have other issues that I cannot cover up with a scarf. Scarf's seem to be the rage around my house; wife, daughter, granddaughter, daughter-in-law. Candice, you always look like a 'sweet girl.'

Now that I'm older my neck has fleshed out somewhat, so it's not that noticeable unless one is looking for it.

Mine was on the large side until I had it shaved several years ago ! I just wish that they could do something to reduce my size ( 6 ft 200 lbs ) and make my hands and feet smaller.

Mine is negligible at best. How ever, I've seen GG's with some pretty noticeable lumps. It's my understanding that there's a connection to the amount of iodine (found mostly in salt products) in one's diet as a child

Large very noticeable Adams apple, large hands, large feet, wide shoulders, 6'2", growing a full beard is too easy..........

Hmm. Had to relook at things.
I'd thought mine was kind of large but I guess it's not really.
And it vanishes up at times...possibly from me trying to figure out a fem voice.
(Also affecting my man-side karaoke range too unfortunately :/ )
Still, I like the light scarves for accessorizing...
