I have a barely noticeable Adams apple... I'm pretty happy about that.

Mine is pretty small in reality, but there are days I think it looks huge.

I would have to have an independent assessment of my size. I don't think it is very big but it is there.

Interesting thread; most responders seem to have little to none. Mine seems to be on the small side, but can be felt. If that isn't the case with you, don't worry about it; eventually, the turkey neck you develop as you age will hide it!
ALWAYS plan for the worst, then you can be pleasantly surprised if something else happens!

Thanks Beverley, I've been looking into things and I'm starting to think that I'm not a full genetic male. This along with other non masculine traits I have is what is making wonder what I am, and get my genetics looked at. I was interested if this trait was in other TG's.

Mine is not that huge, but I suppose it depends on my body weight too, the more I loose, the more noticeable it becomes. But its the least of my concerns at the moment.

Small but pointy with a skinny neck and visibly pulsing jugular. Wobbles when I talk but disappears when I swallow. Maybe I need to swallow more often? Wait.....THAT didn't sound good!

I used to have a very large one. It is now a thing of the past since I had it shaved down about 4 or 5 years ago.

Mine is smallish unless I look upward. I don't worry about it because they are not completely exclusive to males.

Barely smaller than my great blade of a nose. Doesn't matter enough to me to undergo shave-down surgery tho.

I was watching a "reality" show the other night and a young woman, obviously thought of by those around her as very sexy because they wanted her to show a part of her anatomy, had the biggest Adam's apple I have seen in a long time...I thought, how many have mistaken HER for a TG (I would venture to guess zero).

We worry about too many things that we cannot control. I have a baritone voice while singing and I won't change it. Two weeks ago I was told "I think you pass very well as a woman...except when you speak". Having a deep voice you would think I would have a very noticeable Adam's apple, but it isn't unless I do something (like Eryn) to bring it out. Height, weight, shape, shoulders, all the "tells" we worry about happen in women also. Last week I saw a woman who had to be 6'8" and she was wearing heels.

OMG something on the positive side for us big girls. The fat neck helps hide the adams apple. I would rather loose the weight and wear a turtle neck LOL

I am like you. Very little and not noticeable at all.
You raise a very interesting question although I never gave it much thought because it is not noticeable.

Mine has always been barely noticeable. Thank goodness for small favors.
