I cant stand anything that bunches up when I sleep.
Turns out that the heaters in my old apartment basement apartment doesn't work. Without heaters, the place hovers around high 40's low 50's. In the summer time it doesn't get too hot either.
To answer your post, an electric blanket, a sleeping bag, and a useless space heater. I use to have the head of the bed next to wall underneath the window. It has been so cold here, I could feel the cold penetrating the wall and window when I got into bed. Now I make the bed with my feet under the covers, under the window, and the head of the bed in the middle of the room. Much more comfy.

For me its pretty much always panties and bra with forms and a short satin nightie or (if its cool) a full length peignoir.

Usually nude, except for my CB 3000, but lately the temp in the window sill over my head has been hovering around 50, so little old lady cotton panties, footies or golf socks, my Russian beaver pelt hat with the ear flaps and neck cover pulled down and three blankets, pulled up so that all that is sticking out is my nose. Not very girly, but toasty. (I HATE breathing in warm air, from when I just breathed it out)

As Seen on TV pajama jeans, and a loose fitting top with long sleeves. Usually a silky blouse that I bought at the consignment store just for sleeping.
Plus some knee high socks - my ankles get cold very easily.

Ladies' tricot pajamas, with panties underneath. My fiancee won't let me wear my nightgowns to bed, so we settled on this. They're pink, with lovely lace detailing, flowers, and a bow on the top.
I've ordered her a matching pair, so at least some of the time we'll match when we're sleeping!

Usually a short silky type of nighty and some thigh highs, in the winter anyhow. These were the first items to start off my women's wardrobe.
When I'm feeling a little bit sexy I wear a peignoir set, but when I'm feeling cold I wear a long nylon gown (pink, with a lace trimmed peter pan collar with long sleeves, also laced at the cuffs) and then a long cozy pink robe.
summer: short shorts
winter: Pikachu fleece PJs
In summer I wear short sleep shorts (usually with Tweety or something cute!) and tank top set or a satin chemise
In winter it's girly PJ's...either pink leopard spot pants and a grey shirt with pink hearts, or my pink Realtree camo fleece pajama set.

Too dang cold here nowadays. Summer I've been in the buff...
But currently have a pair of soft fuzzy ladies PJs... And socks or footies due to frozen feet. Have wore bra and forms at times but not recent due to forms damage.
Will get foam versions and be in those for nights soon.
And planning on something more satiny when it warms again.

I've waited so long for this time. Makeup is so frustrating. Shaking hands and I look so old. This was a mistake.
